Hey all... I'm considering moving to a 3x24" (1920x1200, HP ZR24w S-IPS) monitor setup instead of my current 3007WFP-HC. I had a question about this mount... can it be wall-mounted without the stand? I thought I had read a comment that it could, but I can't find it now. If so, how does it mount? I d... |

Great work squ1zzy.
Keep us posted, as I'm sure we'll get screwed over and we wont have HOR+ for the final Retail game.
Can't wait for this utility either, I'm not buying retail if I can't get widescreen to work, I'll just get Crysis as planned and skip UT3 entirely. |

Actually, there *are* water differences between DX9/DX10 no screenshot comparisons I've seen showed yet: DX10 will allow any physical object that comes in contact with a body of water to produce interactive waves that will perturb the surface of the water itself. NPCs moving in water will leave rea... |

[quote]Thanks Yoda!, I couldn't take a screenshot to show people! That's exactly the bug I get when playing the game in DX9 mode with vista.
That looks like a driver issue. Are you guys running the Nvidia beta drivers 163.44? They strongly suggested it for Bioshock.
Yes, I am. |

Just a report, I added the -dx9 switch to my shortcut (I am running vista x64 with a DX10 card, 8800GTS 640), and the hack works perfectly for me, with no detail reduction but everything proper FOV wise. It is an IMMENSE improvement. |

Is it possible to use the Racer tool with dx10 and vista x64? I would rather have dx10 rather then disable it for the tool to work. Thanks! Same here, as said above Racer_S is working on it, which is awesome... I use Vista x64 and have an 8800GTS 640 (DX10 card), so I would also prefer to be able t... |

FOV when using a widescreen will make the view look normal when set to the proper value. For UT2004 and a 1680x1050 resolution 16:10 ratio like we have (I use a Dell 2005FPW), you want a value of 102.38 or so (there's a thread somewhere on this forum with the proper value, this one is from memory so... |

I don't have a place to host any screenshots, but I do run Catacombs in widescreen and it looks gorgeous :)! I own the Dell 2005FPW which I use on my main rig... I like it a lot. |

I'm curious about this too... been looking forward to this game for a long time, but I don't want to buy it if I can't play it on my monitor properly. |

I know the original Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos does, just with a stretched HUD/user interface, but does the expansion? |

Anyone know if Obsidian has given any indication as to whether they'll support widescreens such as 1680x1050, etc.? This is a game I'm *really* looking forward to, and with my new 2005FPW on the way I'd love to be able to play it in widescreen :)! P.S. I just made a post about widescreen formats and... |

Hmmm... I own the original Rise of Nations and love it, considering picking up Thrones and Patriots as I have heard it is good. Has anyone figured out if it works in widescreen on a Dell 2005FPW (1680x1050)? I just ordered one and would love the expansion to play with if it does! Also, does the game... |
