I have slightly upped the clocks on my card. I notice that my room gets warmer when I leave it clocked so I have three profiles created for clocking. My cpu is a FX60 and I have installed the AMD dual core optimizer. Once ATI releases their DX10 cards then I will decide which card to upgrade to. lo...

Unfortunately I play FEAR, Oblivion, Gothic, Spellforce, AOK. Games in the FPS and RTS genre. Yeah those games will play fine at 2560x1600, I used to do that before I got my 8800gtx. With FEAR however you will have to scale down to 1920x1200 or 1920x1600 as there seems to be an issue with 2560x1600...

After further analysis, it seems that it has nought to do with the actual ingame settings. The problem is that the game has a built in max of 1920x1200 and we know it can do 2560x1600. Or it could just be that the game is a buggy mess. Anyway my new discovery is that you have to trick the settings. ...

Guess What I finally got Deus Ex to work at 2560x1600!!. All it took was to use the Open Gl renderer instead of the Direct X 7 one. Only problem is that on the 3007 the game is very dark and the games in built brightness thing doesn't work for some reason. It works under Open GL on my other PC but n...

Hi everyone. I just tested Splinter Cell Double agent on my PC and can confirm that 2560x1600 works, and looks absolutely beautiful. Jaw dropping. My Pc struggles a bit though as I am playing with HDR+4xAA, +16xHQAF, soft shadows, high quality textures, hardware mapping shadows etc etc. Yes HDR and ...

Hi I would like to show my wide screen monitors as well if you don't mind. Here is my original Dell 2005fpw , It's my old faithful and can handle anything I throw at it with a smile. The new kid on the block... My Dell 3007wfp. It's a behemoth but it is a one trick pony. I play only games on it... Y...

I just was at a electronic store an spend some time staring at the screens. 37" inch gives me a nice sight vertical wise. I mean the length is just very nice (46cm), but the actual length of the picture (82cm) is very wide and having 2 screens so far away from my sitting position is not that good. ...

For me personally having a big tv in the middle and smaller ones on the isde would be terribly distracting, but then triplehead2go doesn't even appeal to me as it is at the moment (ie no dvi , no 16:10 etc), so maybe I am not the best person to judge. Also the resolution may be low , but it will loo...

Thanks alot for your reply Ibrin. I know the increase of FOV doesnt give me a bigger picture, but I'm building a Race Cockit, and want myself to be surrounded by big screens as if I would actually sit in a Race Car. What are the biggest screens do you people recommend for surround gaming? Maybe I s...

No. Don't even think about it. I don't know a heck of alot about Triple head or what ever it's called but I do know the Dell 3007wfp and I know that the triplehead only works with vga. The Dell 3007wfp only works with a dual link dvi. It may be possible to use a vga to dvi dongle but this will force...

Hi all. Been a while since I posted so I thought I would give a qucik update. Had a few issues with my Dell 3007wfp that have now been rectified by Dell. Have to say they have good support, even though it may be a little difficult to communicate with them. Anyway I am now playing Gothic 3 , it's a g...

The highest res. this game goes to is 1600x1200. Even if you cahnge the config. It's an EA game, and so just like the sims 2 it has a max resolution unfortunatley. You can force 1920x1200 but all that happens is you end up with viusual problems with the border and such tings. I tried setting it at 2...

I have a question for the fellow Dell 3007wfp owners here. First question is 1. Does your panel have any dead/stuck hot pixels ? You may have to go up real cose to it to see them. 2. Do yu see any faint lines on the screen itself, that looks like the screen is worn or something? Look for it when the...

Does anyone know why some games und ip with a light blue color border on the screen. You can only see the top and left of it though. It's like the game looks like it's windowed except with bottom and the right line missing. The game is defeitley in full screen . I have noticed it in Tom Raider Legen...

The original Deus Ex has a res limit of 1920x480 on the TH2G as it is a Dx 7 game ... :( There is a limitation of DX7 and below on framebuffer resolution to 2048 which is why you can't get any higher ... :( Damn . Thanks for saving me headache though. Also cheers Ibrin. I will still give it a go bu...

Thanks. I'm interested to use this trick to see what WSGF solutions will work for TH2Go solutions. Then I can get those of you with real systems to test them. Does this need a special TH2Go driver to work or is it jsut a case of changing the game.ini to the chosen resoltutions. As you already know ...
