I have modified Mobster007's HudLayout file for Counter-Strike Source at 5040x1050. I guess it automatically is valid for Eyefinity as well as TH2Go users with the same resolution. You can download it at:

I for one experienced the issue on a Core2 and 780i chipset, what do you make of that ? Well, if you had reported that in said thread, I would not have made any conclusions at all, yet. I just posed a question, no need to get upset. But the facts remain that: 1) It works for some and not for others ... |

First: Great initiative with the component list thread, 1078f3ba. Good thinking. (The component thread is here: [url]http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/11501]) I know it is still early to come to any conclusions, but I notice that everybody having problems so far are Core i7 users with X58 mo... |

its weird but it feels like the some settings are stored in the TH2G This is definitely my feeling too, although I have nothing to prove it with since I've only switched rigs once. I have had several problems because it seems the device keeps some settings even if you reflash the firmware or you re... |

in the "Mode List", I have two 5040 resolution choices, at least at first glance: 3 x 1689x1050 57Hz 3 x 1680x1050 60Hz ...but I can't choose them. Instead of checkable boxes beside them, I have a greyed out check mark. And no matter what I try, it won't let me choose either. I have the same problem... |

Yeah, the plural was probably not necessary. The >problem< is getting it to work properly. But that is a pretty big and important problem. I am talking about 5040x1050, of course. I have spent a *lot* of time trying to make it work, but no success. And it was so easy on XP. For now I have completely... |

I've been waiting since the beginning of August. Frankly, I am pretty fed up with Matrox at the moment. They have a great product but I feel they don't support it enough, there are just too many problems getting it to work properly. I guess a big part of the problem is that the TH2G is probably a ve... |

I have fiddled with this on XP and as far as I know there is no way around it. Ultramon is only for systems with separate monitors. The TH2G makes all three monitors look like one to the system, and therefore Ultramon is useless. By dragging the quick launch bar and language bar you can at least hav... |

Known working: NEC MultiSync 20WGX2 A somewhat pricey but excellent 20-inch AS-IPS monitor. Don't know if they sell it any more, though. If I remember correctly they sold it with slightly different specs and a different name in the U.S., although the panel itself was the same. Should work on that on... |
