| I couldn't follow your posts. From what I could grab, you want to be able to watch movies with the receiver sound, then...go right back to the pc and game via headphone/mic? Thats pretty simple if you have digital sound out...just run your gaming stuff with analog and turn off the receiver when not ... |

| Your going to have tons of fun, its been a while, but ATI linux drivers used to be horrible. they have improved...but your still going to make it alot harder on yourself. I recommend a dual boot. |

| I just don't like the piss thing. I thought my monitor was going out when I first experienced it...It doesn't seem to harm you either...I just think of it along the same lines of pissing on people in real life...its degrading. I think this is a line I don't like...might have to say goodbye to TF2. |

hanzo makes a great monitor, S-IPS.
I'd recommend my 20WMGX2, despite its faults, its incredibly sharp, detailed, and has wonderful color. (I'd sell you mine for the right price) |

I haven't logged into to steam for weeks thanks to finals (finally over...now I'm scared to!
I think the "delete" key is there because they plan on having so many unlockables you have to pick and choose which ones you keep. |

Check Here first. Some of them already support widescreen.
Crysis does natively. And we've got fixes for surround support too. Not sure what else you need.

| I don't even notice to be honest. 16:10 offers more than 16:9. Depending on your use. If your gaming, 16:10 might be better cause it is a generally more accepted. |

I need an external DVD drive for my new laptop. I'm not willing to spend $70 for one...it just seems rediculous.
Anyone have a solution thats around $30 new? or heck, I'd go used too. |

| if your not worried about 3d acceleration, two GPU's should do the trick...I've ran 3 on my machine no problems....just don't SLI/Xfire them. |

I didn't play it all the way through. Got pretty far and reformated...(doh)
Underworld was awesome IMHO.
but anniversary is the first lara croft redone. I expect it will be epic. |
