I got a 19" WS. I tried powerstrip and made it 4:3 ratio 1200x900. I set it and it appeared in my resolution options. lol it's 1.8ghz. I got 2x 512MB sticks of PC3200 DDR400 RAM. My motherboard can take up to 2GB (2x1GB).

lol yeah thanks. Gettin a WS monitor was my plan originally. Didn't really want to end up spending heaps. I'm in Australia and Geforce FX5500 256MB is bout $80AU and I can sell my FX5200 for bout $40AU. Or I can get the Geforce 7800 GS which is the best AGP card isn't it? But that costs like $200AU+...

Yep I just ordered a Dell 19" SE198WFP. It's gotten good reviews and it's really cheap too. Would you know how much better the Geforce FX 5500 256MB is compared with my 128MB FX 5200?

Thanks..well I got a FX 5200 (crap I know) isn't that 5 series? So should I have the option in my control panel? I don't have a WS yet so would the option appear if I had one attached to my computer? If the drivers is what I need for aspect ratio scaling then I might need a new graphics card. So bas...

Does anyone know what nvidia graphics drivers support aspect ratio scaling cause I wanna play with black bars on side too but my FX 5200 doesn't seem to do it so I might need a new graphics card..although I don't want to spend money..

Hey can anyone help me out. I looked around a bit and saw this powerstrip program. So does it allow you to play games in fixed aspect ratio with black bars on side? Is this an alternative to graphics cards/monitors that don't allow you to do this? I got a geforce fx 5200 and im planning to buy a 19"...
