Have you tried looking for a Hanns.G HZ281HPB 27.5" monitor?
They are supposed to be 1920x1200 even though marketed as 'Full HD 1080p' (Which I guess they will be capable of).
SCRATCH that, I didn't read the OP properly, it is not LED. |

I would absolutely love to see some more, better, cheaper curved screens. I have been using my 37" HDTV rather than my TH2GO setup for close to 2 years now, though I am thinking of setting it up again for novelty value and a bit of a change. :rockout However, if someone were to produce, let's say, a... |

My last card was an 8800GTX, and yes, it can play TF2 just fine at 3840x1024.
Should do ok with 5040x1050 too. |

3360x1050 would have been nicer. Not too insane a resolution, but still good. |

Apologies, I shall remember that in future.
I believe that the guys at OcUK want to clear out as many 280s as they can sell, until the 285 completely replaces it. |

There are only two reasons I don't game on my TH2GO at the moment: 1. Compatibility issues with games. 2. Performance demands. I am currently hooked up to my 37" 1080p LCD. Being 1920x1080, there are still some older games that don't allow native res, but there were more troublesome games with my TH... |

You will want at least a 1000w PSU for that, and that is not just the usual exaggeration (most high end PCs might use 600-700w). Looking at Trubritar's videos on YouTube, running 2 4870X2s and then 3 GTX280s, he was actually drawing 800 watts...
...so get a good PSU. |

I mainly game on my 1080p screen at the moment, as I have not setup a way to have both the HDTV and TH2GO on my desktop (I watch a lot of movies). The TH2GO DE is great though, and to be honest, gaming at TH resolutions is going to involve paying a fair bit for good upgrades anyway, assuming that yo... |

I got the retail version. My 8800GTX plays it at ultra settings with 15xAF and 4xAA at 1080p. Locked at 60fps solid. GTX = card that refuses to die. |

I too am going to do terrible things to people if this is not fixed. Seriously Devs, how can you make a great new engine and produce lovely looking games like Far Cry 2, and not support the proper FOV for widescreen users? Wide FOV = good. |

Well, I have a particularly good Philips 37" 1080p HDTV that would probably outclass my triplehead setup if they weren't Eizo screens. The HDTV is useful for Crysis, which is a slide show on anything but medium in triplehead for me. Also, some games just don't have proper TH2GO support, so then the ... |

[quote]... However I purchased it with steam, and (although it has the same install thing) I have all my (80? or so) steam games on one disk and just run it straight from that disk- I don't install it. So hopefully that'll mean I won't have to worry about the installs ... could you explane exactly ... |
