My computer has been behaving badly even after a clean installation of Win 7 64 bit. I just had a BSOD and Windows error reports says that the ATI drivers have fallen over 47 times.

Dave, I found a bug in the new drivers that I did not notice in the 10/13 5800 series only driver. I get a flicker/blink on the display port monitor in some situations. Dragging a window behind the windows taskbar will cause it to randomly clip and blink a tad, also I have seen the flicker/clipping...

Try using the adapter in another one of the monitors. Maybe it's a monitor problem.

I've tried getting it going by reading the stuff in this thread. It's a bit of a confusing mess. :) No luck. Is there a method for adding custom resolutions to Doom 3? When I have Eyefinity set and start the game it dumps the Eyefinity grouping and runs 3 clones.

Anyone know how to make it work with Eyefinity? It's in the tested games list.

I'm pretty sure guys are running them using SoftTH so it shouldn't be a problem.

iRacing has triple screen support and bezel management built in so it's brilliant with Eyefinity.

For now, SoftTH is the only option for this configuration.

Oh dear. That's a shame. The limitations are turning out to be a disapointment after the initial excitement of thinking this was going to be a solution to the nuisance of using SoftTH.

I'd better chase a definitive answer on my situation. I have a 24" 16:9 centre and 2 x 22" 16:10 sides. Is this simply not going to work with Eyefinity? I was hoping to run them at 1680x1050 even though that's not the native nres of the 24". It looks ok using SoftTH. Have I just wasted AU$196 on an ...

I feel that I should warn that the service isn't very good with sewelldirect.com. A week after ordering it isn't sent yet and could be a couple more days. They already sent one to someone else in Australia with a later order number than mine which means first come first served means nothing to them.

Yeah the adapter works, but I am saying I have heard it does not work well with eyefinity.

But I guess you will find out on your own if it does or not.

Well I personally bought the Belkin-Accell-Dell. All the same except Dell sell theirs cheaper.

Although the adapter Kyle was using looked passive. I didn't see a USB attachment.

I'm sorry if this has been asked already but... I can get an active Mini DP to DVI adapter from Apple. Is there an adapter to go from Mini DP to Normal and is it expensive or hard to get?
