Looking at all the different scenarios you have posted, why would anyone choose anything but the 3x1, as it clearly shows you get the most view and with the least amount of bars.

Well I guess you have to pick and choose then because with the previous drivers even if I unlocked the ATI overdrive it would then cause horrible tearing issues just on desktop normal tasks. If the drivers were developed properly then AUTO should work. Maybe they should update the speeds and when th...

Ah so you are using Auto Fan. Have to tell you, unless your sitting in a room that's at 50 Degrees F, your going to have issues when running eyefinity in games using only the auto fan setup. All you have to do is put it at 80% and try your game for a few hours and see if you crash. I normally run my...

Just make sure you get 3 of same monitors, can't count how many times ppl have posted with problems due to miss matched monitors. Also remember the larger the resolution you go with the more pixels will be used, resulting in higher heat and more problems with the DVI to Display port adapters. So if ...

Actually Nvidia's card is the GF100 and to be able to do 3 monitors, you will have to buy 2 cards that run in sli. (That's gotta cost) It will have DX11 too and it will also be able to do 3D at 3 monitors. (Faster headaches) I totally doubt that they would offer surround capability on older cards, I...

Always go with Native Resolution, you will only run into trouble if you don't. You should stay with all 3 monitors being the same too, as for color variations should be less then if not. Hopefully you have at least the HD5870, the HD5970 would be better for you with the higher resolution, or even be...

I tried the 3D thing at a store, and I didn't like it, headaches.

I really can't see anyone spending that much money on something just to get headaches.

Fun to try is about all it has going for it.

I use EF 100%, it's nice having 3 apps up at a time, each app on it's own monitor.

I use for PLC Programming, and HMI Screen editing for work stuff, and for fun stuff besides gaming it's nice for Hammer(L4D).

Correct me I'm wrong but it looks like Iracing is using the bezel management type that makes it look like your looking out a window that the match of the screens would be perfect if the bezels were not there, IMO more realistic. The videos look really nice. Must be ATI is going to give us all kinds ...

What your seeing is what happens when the GPU gets too hot! I always use around 45% to 50% maual fan speed control before going into a game. Setting up profiles makes it a snap to change fan speeds based on what your going to do. As for the autofan control it's more tuned to being quiet then functio...

I do not have the issue where my third monitor just turns off sometimes.

Hey Vicious, Have ya given any thought about getting refurbs? Price can be very nice, and quality imo is just as good as brand new, but i've only had one experience with refurb so far. I got my 3 refurbs 22" 1680x1050 for <140 each. When new is still selling for 210 at newegg You can always add in 1...
