Edit: I misread the first post. Unfortunately this ATI bios doesn't maintain the overclocking and voltage tweak settings that have been found on MSI and ASUS cards, however, it does let you have eyefinity blink-free. Take your pick. Well I've found that MSI released their version of the ATI BIOS, M...

If you use MSI Afterburner, and then edit the config file where it says 'Unofficial overclocking' from 0 to 1 it disables powerplay entirely. (unfortunately I kind of want the opposite, the overclocking ability of Afterburner, the powerplay of ATI Overdrive. Doesn't seem to be any way to have it bot...

After you edit the profile go into profile manager, and select the overdrive profile you created. Then click 'Activate'. If you click 'Load profile' without going into the profile menu, or use a hotkey, or even hit 'Activate and close' then it won't stick. You absolutely have to use 'Activate' then ...

Does anybody know of a place to get a BIOS that has the fix for the Displayport blinking, but at the same time maintains the ability to overclock/adjust voltage that your MSI card comes with originally?

One step two step. Well, they do have some bugs, but honestly for me they were a big improvement over...

And here's another tip - sometimes when you activate the profile it won't take. What you do is open Catalyst Control center, go to displays, click - detect displays. Then hit your hotkey for your eyefinity profile 3 more times.

Create your eyefinity setup, save it as a profile (make sure to 'save all settings' not just 'save selected settings'), now turn off your computer. Turn it back on, and the cursor started showing up for me after loading that profile. I had to turn the computer off entirely - restarting just led to t...

New bug: I can't see a mouse cursor on my DP->VGA monitor anymore, this bug wasn't present in the hotfix version of the previous Catalyst drivers. On the plus side hotkey switching now works after I went in, and told it to save the profile again - without having to unplug and plug the adapter back in.

Does anyone have their POST screen display on the DP>VGA monitor as their computer boots up?

Yes, the displayport screen and 1 DVI monitor show post text, and when it gets into windows the other DVI port becomes active.

I've got 2x20" Dell 2007's @ 1600x1200 for my left and right screens (left has the DP>VGA), and a 24" Dell 2405 @ 1920x1200 for my centre screen. Of course with Eyefinity they will all run at 1600x1200 for a total of 4800x1200. I did a bit more fiddling around, this time I was able to get all 3 dis...

Had my Monoprice VGA adapter for 2 days and here's how it's working for me: When I turn the computer on all 3 monitors come on, center one primary, one on the left and the one on the right are extended desktops. They work as expected. If I turn Eyefinity mode on the Displayport one will go black. I ...

I don't think I understand the Hydragrid too well. I turned it on, set it to a grid pattern where each screen is one cell in the grid. I dragged a window to that screen, hit maximize and it still filled up all 3 monitors. I thought it would maximize just to fill that grid?

I got a 5870 because the 5770 isn't really powerful enough to drive 3 screens at 5040x1050 resolution IMO, and the 5970 was $800. The 5870 at $409 - $50 Bing cashback brought the price down to $360 at Tigerdirect.

I just received my Monoprice adapter. I'm using 2 1080p and 1 1680x1050 monitor. It works, kind of. I have to unplug and plug the adapter back in everytime - until I do that the control panel can't communicate with the DP to VGA monitor. I tried a few games, and several worked pretty good. I did run...
