lol it's a pretty jarring head-bob isn't it. So jerky it makes it feel like the framerate is bad.

Replace BorderlandsGOTY.exe in the game folder - BorderlandsGOTYEnhanced.7z

  • All supported resolution unlocked in the game menu
  • Hor+ (set FOV — 70 to get the same FOV as in not Enhanced version)

:rockout: :cheers: Nice will try this when I get home.

Battlefield uses Vertical FOV If I'm not mistaken, so 107 is huge.

I tried the beta on my 32:9 panel at 3840x1080 and it was running pretty well on my 1080ti. I wish they'd have a centered-hud, but it all works well.

I just downgraded my Doom to last version on steam and it worked to let me play with Flawless again.

Trying the downgrade method now. Did I just waste my time downloading all the manifests when I just needed to do the one for the executable? Oh well :D

I was stoked to re-play doom in ultrawide now that I've built a system that can drive the FPS :(

Maybe I should learn how these things are done and tinker with it.

Yeah 32:9 on this Samsung panel at first I thought was working, but there is definitely some stretch going on in the rendering. Would love a fix but for now I guess I'll just get used to the stretching. It looks so nice on this ultra-ultra-wide monitor.

Blizzard really fails hard at supporting ultrawide. We fought with them for years to properly support it in WoW and they never cared.

This "support" they've added with vert- scaling is a friggin insult.

I would try
Code:
fovTop=0.8179325
fovLeft=4.556187
for your resolution of 6016 x 1080.

I hated doing all this math so I used my couple months of programming practice to make my very first "program" :D :rockout: I don't feel comfortable releasing it since I have no idea if it works in every case, but I thought I'd show off a screenshot :ugeek: http://i.imgur.com/W6gYeu9.png

Im not sure about how to remedy your problem, but I sympathize about the CP crashing when going from surround enabled to disabled. Happens to me all the time since last year or so... seems like they could work on the drivers some more.

Interestingly, the issue I was having with Spec-ops: The Line where Moving the mouse would cause the FPS to hit zero until the mouse stopped moving if surround was enabled. It ended up showing itself in other games too I was noticing. Turns out it was steam somehow messing things up. I had to comple...

This is really the only way to get any good GPU usage in the game anyhow, so might as well crank up the resolution!
:rockout:

I get same FPS at 1366x768 as 5760x1080

Having issues with Spec Ops. The fix works to change the viewport, but I get about 2 FPS as soon as I move my mouse. The menus are also unusable with the mouse when the fix is enabled. It almost feels like the quicker I move the mouse, the more it's killing the framerate. Is there something in the h...

I wish you could re-size and move individual UI elements individually at will. More games need to do this. While it wasn't a game that held my interest for very long, I felt Rift was one of the best Multi-Mon friendly UI's ever conceived. TL2 is not bad, but having any elements relocate to the outsi...

Kinda funny how this game is from "high rez studios" but it isnt so high res after all. Just fired it up and was disappointed to see it doesnt support eyefinity. Screw you unreal engine. lol that's a good one. :) Yeah Hi-Rez also messed up with their last game too, whatever that Action/MMO hybrid w...
