Yeah I noticed this thing eats up VRAM
2.2GB of Vram. I am happy I bought the 2.5GB version of the GTX570 now.
I am sure that the final game will be better optimized but when we start playing some of the 64 player maps I am sure that the optimized game will still be pretty high for those huge maps.

i'm getting about 30 to 40 on ultra. 60fps with slight drops on low, But it feels a littlle choppy even with the nvidia beta drivers. and its only using about 50% of my cards on low or medium, but its using all my vram, even on low when using surround. Looks like the game and drivers still need mor...

I did notice that at one point my GPUs were only running at 50%. Next time you play take a look, I can guarantee that's what happe...

It was the first time I played BC2 for more than 30mins with a BSOD since the new BC2 patch.

My only confusion about this is why they are waiting till the last minute to send out the emails?!?
Why not send out the emails a day or more ahead of time?
I got up at 4am PST for no reason now. I could be sleeping right now.

Those monitors are 1920x1080. You will not get better performance by downgrading to 24" because they will also be 1920x1080. You only options are to turn the game settings down, Accept the fps that you are getting, or buy another 6990. :O I would start with turning AA down as much as you can tolerat...

Well you read bad information. (unless a motherboard that I don't know has that option).
But you should have the SLI option there but it should be greyed out with an explanation as to why you cant SLI and the reason will say that you need the SLI bridge.
Are both your cards same make and model?

So what do you think the "SLI bridge" is for if you think its not necessary for "SLI"?

Anyway, when you open NVidia Control Panel is the SLI option there but greyed out and un-selectable?
Or is it just not there?

There is not much of an advantage of LED over LCD.
I would say go with the LED. But keep in mind that a 21" 16:9 will not seem much bigger than your current 19".

I went from a Samsung 24 LCD to a ASUS 24 LED. If money is an issue remember that you dont have to buy all three at once. What size Monitor are you gaming with now? As much as I love my LED and would recommend it to all, I would not recommend downgrading in size . If you are currently gaming on a 21...

With NV surround it's all configurable in the NV control panel. You can turn on and off SLI or multimonitor whenever you want. I have not run into a game that doesn't support SLI (I don't play old games) so I can't help you on that but with NV it would not be possible to run on 3 monitors if you dis...

Here comes the stupid question. Whats so amazing about this monitor? $250 for a 24" doesnt sound anywhere amazing to me. Its obviously not for gaming so this must be a graphic designers dream monitor or something. I guess the guys who is excited to see this deal also paid a pretty penny for the Nvid...

In an age where data is king, I can't imagine a company not going in this direction. Marketing is so big that gathering data about how individuals use their systems just seems like the next logical step. But, if you want to play you gotta do it; that I don't necessarily agree with.Steam does the sa...

I dont play BC2 anymore so I find it hard to devote time to testing R11 so I didnt want to post a feedback because I only played a couple hours. I just set up my surround for BF3 so I was just testing it on R10 and I played only twice and the game crashed the first time and then I got the WSOD the s...
