As far as I know, there's no big benefit, higher frame rates then 60Hz have little to no impact to the human eye on digital image.
120 Hz monitors are optimized for 3D visualization (60 Hz per eye with shutter glasses). |

I don't see missile lock indicator,
besides, when starting a new game, it sometimes stuck at small windowed mode. whatever I try to make it fullscreen doesn't work.
Same, no missle lock indicator. |

Had the exactly same issue as you. But I just tried the skyrimpref posted, and it fixed it.

| I'm new to this, and sometimes instead of fixing those UIs I just stick to 1 screen. But I'm forced to use window mode if I want to eventually use anything else at the same time. (because the other screens would turn black/no signal when I'm playing at 1 monitor resolution and fullscreen). Is there ... |
