A GTX 560 Ti with a moderate overclock would run about 50% faster than a stock clock 465, so I would expect you'd notice the difference. Winsplit is pretty good, especially once the hotkeys become second nature. I've used it in 4x1 and 2x2 setups, and it's fairly versatile.
