The Dell also has built in speakers (not the best but they are integrated and hidden). The Dell U3415W also has a builtin in KVM!!! I have my work laptop and personal tower pc plugged in at the same time and can easily switch between them using the capacitive bezel controls. Very awesome. You could ...
