I'm also having this problem with the targeting reticle, I'm using the exact settings as Drewpy Drew except for Hud X at 320, I found that was the exact center value on trial and error and some messing around. I'm having problems with Mirror's Edge at 21:9. Using Flawless Widescreen works perfectly, however adding Bindings to TdInput.ini (such as a shortcut to exit the game with Alt+F4) breaks the fix.
