It's for sure fixable, we need a bit more time for the better 'fixers' here in the forum to find a fix. I will also have a look but my competence is far more limited compared to some other people in here.

I tried the game, FOV is totally fine when using a single 21:9 screen. But the cutscenes are in 16:9, is there an easy way to fix those without having to lose the whole online part of the game? I am not sure the answer is in this thread.

I installed Empathy: Path of Whispers. Of course, as always, it's zoomed in vert-. I added the YFOV trick but the FOV slider is not wide enough, so the minimum fov in the menu is still too high and I see the 'instrument' on screen even when it's not equipped. I tried putting FOV values in the .ini f...

They rolled back to the previous version today (update on steam 175 MB). Maybe the fix is working again, I have to try yet.

EDIT: yes it's working again.

This looks interesting. I know that the Tekken fix works (I play it) but how will it work with Street Fighter? Street fighter has a fixed camera, that means if you get far from your opponent, you can't go further than the actual 'screen edge'. Being 21:9 wider than 16:9, is there an invisible wall t...

I just launched the game Husk and noticed it has the usual horrible problem of 99% of games out there: - no FOV slider - no hor + ultrawide possibility - no editable config files It is UE4. Not having adjustable FOV I am either stuck in playing 16:9 on a 21:9 screen, or having it cropped (but with t...

Hello guys sorry LTTP.

I know about the hex fixes etc....but what is the situation? Is the fix still giving problems because of cutscenes and different FOVs (VHS problems etc) ? I don't have the game yet because I didn't want to buy a game that does not support ultrawide.

I can confirm that the halifax fix with widescreen fixer makes the game crash. I started today the game and yet found no way to remove the black bars. :(

I play in 2560x1080, steam version with original exe

In short, turn down your AA to SMAA or TXAA (Although TXAA can be a bit blurry, but since you used low Anisotropic detail, a little blurriness is maybe cool for you). And turn up your Anisotropic detail to max, it wont cost you and you dont have a potato PC. If i wanted for FPS after that...
