I updated the DR with the Hex edit Solution since Widescreenfixer doesn't work for my Retail copy under Win10x64 nor Win7x64. |

I tried the Surround fix by editing the CODWaW.exe file with HxD but when I launch through Steam I get "call of duty world at war failed to start (error code 51)", it will work only if I restore the file to original. |

I think the Steam CODWaW.exe is protected - the DR is based on the Reatil 1.7 Version. |

OK, that's great then! It seems that the site is down however. Do you know how I could get a copy of the software? |

Here is a copy of version712 from my backup archives on my home server. Let me know when you get it and have it working so I can remove the link. I don't know how Dopefish would feel about distributing his software. It from my Google drive. |

Plus there are still thousands of players in the multiplayer. With many of them even running modded maps and modes. This came out while I was in graduate school, and we used to play the hell out of it and CoD4 Promod (Which also still has a vibrant MP scene). |
