A Namco forum admin makes what is most likely an off-the-cuff comment about Dark Souls getting a PC version if demand is high.

The Dark Souls PC Petition has Namco Bandai's Attention
Should start lobbying efforts for proper widescreen and Eyefinity/NVIDIA Surround support in case this comes to fruition.

There are reports circulating that the latest issue of German mag PC Action contains not only confirmation that hardcore death simulator Dark Souls is headed to the PC, but that it features "new bosses".

Confirmed.

According to Namco Bandai community manager Rich Bantegui, part of the new content is a Manticore-like monster to tackle, which takes the form of a winged creature with a lion face and horns.

Additionally, the publisher revealed the game will include an "enhanced" PVP mode, where players can "more closely" create battles against eachother.

The game will ship with "Artorias of the Abyss," which will include new areas to explore, enemies to defeat, and bosses to battle.

Of course not; people are an ungrateful bunch of wossnames sometimes. ;)

Personally, about the only place I currently find worth giving money to is GOG; particularly as they're getting new Indie releases onboard, etc.
