640x480 w/AA, w/o AA, w/ Soft Shadows, w/o Soft Shadows, etc...
856x480 w/AA, w/o AA, w/ Soft Shadows, w/o Soft Shadows, etc...
1280x800 w/AA, w/o AA, w/ Soft Shadows, w/o Soft Shadows, etc...
etc..
etc..

Thanks!

If you're talking software DVD player, then PowerDVD does that. It offers a variety of resizing options. Download the shareware and give it a try. I don't use them much since the bars don't bother me and I don't want to lose the edges. I only use those fetures in shows that have off formatting. House MD comes to mind, for some reason they put it on the DVD in a 4:3 box with tthe normal widescreen in the middle. so it has black bars even in window mode.
