These are all @ 1920x1200 and every graphics option set to max

guys I need help. I'm about to buy widescreen lcd display but my decision is conditioned with Heroes V game. If this game had a native and true widescreen support with correct aspect ratio I wouldn't hesitate but unfortunately I recieve contradictory reports about the subject. I know that on this forum you've listed game as 'stretched' but I've asked a question on nival forum and I really don't know what to think of it ? tell you the truth it is a native widescreen game... it runs smoothly in 1680x1050 set up in game options... |

HOMMV has native WS support, if you can select the resolution in windows you can select it in game. I run the game @ 1920x1200 smoothly and doesnt look streched or anything to me. When i get on my homecomputer tonight i can post some 1920x1200 screenshots. |

If you’re not satisfied with the aspect ratio you can always select a 4:3 resolution and let your videocard handle the scaling. Personally I think 1920x1200 looks good enough to play with it |

I was thinking of checking out this title myself. Thanks for posting those pics. Hm. Looking at it, i'm not sure that I would be bothered by the stretching myself, but it is definitely something to consider. Are you a purist, or do you mind a little stretch? :wink: |
