Same here, Wife and I have both played since release and never had an issue with any of the patches. I have several characters but my highest level, 51, is a Druid. Specializes in Ice Shard spamming :)
My wife and I play a pretty nice duo. She's an Spellbinder (Defense/Spirit) and I'm a Summoner (Nature/Earth). I have Heart of Oak and Fire Enhancement, and she uses Deathchill and Battle Awareness. She summons the Lich and I have the Core Dweller. Her char is the "boss killer" she summons The Outsider and goes into Colossus while I sit back and use Healing spells mostly. I'm more useful getting to the bosses since I have a very high level Volcanic orb. Suffice to say Normal mode was no match for us:) Still fun to play though.
I was definitely more into Diablo 2 but only because the overall theme of Titan Quest doesn't capture me as much. Half the fun for me is finding cool items in games like this and I'm definitely more into Medieval styling then this "toga" type equipment. I much prefered the fully armored look of the Diablo 2 characters. I do think TQ's dual class system is much more interesting though. Allows for a lot of customization and with the ability to changes your skills (for a price) at any time it makes sure you don't outright nerf your char, which was possible in Diablo 2.
Fun game, I definitely tell anyone I know who was into Diablo 2 to pick it up... now if only I could stop playing Company of Heroes long enough to finish Legendary with my Druid :P
