Has anyone here played or heard of Gary's Mod 9 for Half-Life 2? If you havn't, look it up on google. It is probably the best 3rd party mod for a game that I have ever seen. If you do play it or end up downloading it tell me how you like it. Personally, I LOVE it! Heres the link: http://gmod.garry.tv/ There is a Gmod 10 in the process of being made but it is going to be like $10 or something. Gmod 9 however, is totally free! |

Yes... It's been out for ages. A physics sandbox mod can be interesting. At the very least it allows for a lot of neat comics to be made (ala http://www.phwonline.com or http://www.hlcomic.com), but everytime I join a server there's always someone who insists in killing everyone else in the server. Eh. Gmod 10 will have a lot of new shit though. |

Yeah... I'm gonna be willing to pay the small fee. Gmod 10 looks like it is going to have a butt load of new features and fixed bugs! |

Ive played around with it , but its goddamn hard to make good stuff. So far i can make... a box... and.. a big staircase. i tried making a slingshot but it kinda didnt work and spazzed out and killed me a few thousand times :'( |

I was HEAVILY into it with a friend for the first 3 weeks of this past summer. We did 68 hours in three weeks sitting side by side @ my house. Best sandbox game ever. |
