Hi all, I pre-ordered this beasty then cancelled it with the reviews being a fairly mixed bag. I have a fiend who has it on 360 and says it is OK, but TBH his standards are lower than mine LOL. So I thought I'd through it to the floor.. how is it? Graphics? Gameplay? Multi-player? etc etc. I'd love to hear your opinions thanks. StingingVelvet I see you have it, whadda you (as a SP guru) think of it? M1.9P Hell I'll put a poll up just 'cos I fancy it :) |

Well it can't be worse than the movies. I've not seen either movie, something I am thankful for. But I have fond memories of AvP 1 , some of them quite recent in TH! |

Well, the demo was a piece of crap. If the full game is better, I have to wonder why they even bothered releasing the demo. The whole point is to advertise the game! |

Yeah, that was part of the reason I cancelled my pre-order. BUT DM was never a good mode for AvP and full textures etc should be in the retail so...I will see from real experience. MP especially, although the dedis aren't up yet AFAIK. Just on Messenger with my 360 buddy, he loves it. |

It's another sequel that follows the retarded trend of not having a number in the title or a distinguishing subtitle. Like Wolfenstein, Prince of Persia, Sonic the Hedgehog, Punch Out, Rambo, Star Trek, and Fast and Furious (which should have been called The Fast and the 4ious IMO). |

Actually, the 10 year old game on PC was spelled with an S too. Alien Vs Predator is 16 years old, and was only released on the Atari Jaguar. |
