You must be on an administrator account, also install the latest .Net framework/updates if you are having issues.

This camera tool allows you to change the field of view and zoom level in guild of wars as the default is pretty low.
It uses auto-detection upon launch to fetch the address so should work for any region/version/patch for the foreseeable future.

Hotkeys:
Insert - Increase FOV
Delete - Decrease FOV
Insert + Delete - Reset FOV
Home - Toggle Extended Zoom on/off
End - Toggle First Person on/off (Zoom all the way in when this is on to get first person)

Version 0.2 Uses Autodetection and should work for any patch but takes a few seconds to scan and may not work for everybody

Version 1.0+ Uses a faster detection method but is less likely to survive patches.

The padding fix changes the threshold at which the camera bounces back and forth when it hits objects.

Someone on reddit made an FOV comparison video here:

Hey, can't seem to get it to work. I've tried loading your tool before and after launching GW2 and it says scan failed.

Thanks for the program, is working great! Now all we need is something to free up the chat/minimap and party UI components to be free to move and pin where we want!

I think your mod is excellent M :)

I am just concerned about this being something that can be detected and you could get banned over. Am I the only one? I would love this to be given the "Ok" by ArenaNet and the Guildwars 2 team.

It's unlikely you'll get the ok from anet from anything external that modifies their game, but at the moment there isn't detection of any kind & if this changes I'll let everyone know here

The FoV value in the application displays values like 1.3, 1.8 etc. Can you please explain what those values are and which values must be used for an FoV value of 90 or 95 please? Thanks a lot for the tool btw. I'll definitely be using it and if they ban me, then so be it. I've had it with the atrociously low default FoV.

I never actually searched for the FOV angle specifically when playing with the camera so I'm not 100% sure at how they arrive at 1.X, but assuming 65 is the default as some have said you can assume 65x0.020 = 1.3 or 1.3*50 = 65. Following this if you wanted an fov of 90 then 90*0.020=1.8
