Hi, i'm from Germany and found your site through google. I have a new 20.1 " TFT 16:10 Display. Hopeful, i downloaded the tesolution changer from Racer_S, which was described here: http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/5928

This tool can only make NFS MW to launch in 1680 x 1050. All diffrent 16:10 resolutions don't work. If i set for example 1024 x 640 or 1280 x 800 the game just won't start!

As my PC isn't the fastest, i can't play the game in 1680 x 1050 :(


Further i tried to set a diffrent resolution with the alternative ArtMoney Hack. That didn't work also.

Than i downloaded the tool "ureschanger", also from Racer_S here. It still didn't work.

I deleted my profile in NFSMW and changed the resolution with the Tools ---> nope :(

You will only be able to use resolutions that your monitor can do ...
Are the resolutions that you are trying available for your desktop ?

To help you further people will need to know what graphics card you have and maybe what monitor you have ?

No, but they work in other games! But now i gonna try something. I will edit my resolutions in windows, to make them (e.g. 1280 x 800) avaialable.

It worked with Powerstrip! I added resolutions as 1024 x 640 and 1280 x 800 ...

Now NFS MW runs in these resolutions in combination with the resolution changer from racer_s.

But ... please do not post very large screenshots ...
Use thumbnails with links or smaller shots ...
