Hello..

I've played and succesfully patched Kotor with uniws in Vista, without any problems.. But today I want to play KOTOR 2 , but thanks to Vista I cannot.
I run the game with XPSp2 Comp mode,the game works..But when I patch the game with uniws, the game crashes saying "...encountered an error,and needs to close" ... I cannot run the game in widescreen any ops ppl? I also change the ini file for the desired resolution but no luck so far..

System spec : Core 2 2.0 GHz,GeForce 9700MGTS , 4 GB RAm, Vista 32 Bit

Most likely you're patching the wrong version exe.

The UniWS hack will only work properly on one specific no-CD (cracked) version of the exe. If you use it on the wrong version it will either not work or essentially corrupt it.

I cdon't want to directly link you to it, but the one you want is labeled:
"Knights of the Old Republic 2 v1.0b/v1.02b (v2.1.0.0) [ENGLISH] Fixed EXE" by CARBON.

You shouldn't have to search long to find it.
