I just got a second Samsung 2253 monitor and I want to play games, rts for teh most part, on both monitors. I have an nvidia gtx 285 and I am running the win7 rc.

I particulary want to play cnc3 and empire total war across both monitors. A general solution or specific game solutions would be very helpful and appreciated, thanks.

I only know 2 games that support multi-monitors without having the TH2Go.

1. Flight Simulator X
2. Supreme Commander

All those games you mentioned will not work unless you buy the TH2Go or download SoftTH.

I also think that playing games on 2 monitors brings more problems than excitement. Many games use huds, menus, infos on middle screen which would be shown directly across the monitors edges. And if you decide to play other games in the future like racing games, simulators, shooters, its getting even worth. Am i wrong?

If games supported multiple monitors natively like those 2 do you could make things so it wouldn't be poorly split. Such as maps/inventory on one and the play view on the other for games such as WoW.

If it would work that your character moves on the left screen and the rest on the right it would work, but in WoW you have the character just like in any shooter in the middle of a screen which means it is crossing the edges of each one. Some kind of ugly and not worth playing it that way.

I once compiled a list of these games, I will look for it and see.
