Update:: I kept tinkering with it and finally it worked. The in game menu's would not work but I set the first drop down to 3x 16:9 . Under FOV I put 1x16:9 & 3x 16:9 and last used CTRL,Shift,Alt & W and it finally worked even though I had set hotket already. Just glad it finally showed Fix Enabled: YES. So I had all my games dialed in and working great. After 2 yrs without reload I decided to run the back up utility in Steam and then perform clean install due to various issues here & there. Reloaded, latest drivers,etc, updates, W7 SP1. Now I recovered all my games and started the task of getting my controls and saved games back into the games. Without changing anything in Modern Warfare 1 & 2 I went straight in to see if the Fixer would get these two work since these are the main games that I have to utilize this tool. The game shows as running but it will not enable fix. I tried the hot keys and tried various different combos but it doesn't work like it did in the past. So it has worked for me in the past, anything to try? It shows the game is running but won't apply fix. I downloaded the latest full version as well instead of my past version that didn't work as well. Was there a new .exe for MW2 or did the latest ATI drivers conflict with this fixer app? |
