By default the game doesn't let you choose resolutions wider than 16:9. However, since it's a Unity game you can use the -screen-height and -screen-width launch parameters to choose any resolution you want. But the 30 FPS cap has no work around. PCGamingWiki doesn't have one. I've looked in the registry and there's nothing useful there, either.
