You can always just extend the display to give you an eyefinity effect, in the resolution settings. I've noticed when I come out of my Eyefinity group I only have 2 monitors reconised I have to mess around to get the 3rd running again. I can't remember off hand the full process, it will reconise though just tyrial and error.

To run 3 in windows one must be display port, to run 4 then 2 must be display port and so on...

u can use active display port adapters, mine cost me 25 bucks..

Dunno Linux but i know windows...

Works great
