So I have reluctantly sold my 30" gateway xhd3000 on ebay because who knows if and when PLP setups will be implemented, but all is not lost because I have a 3007-wfp in the closet incase it comes out anytime this decade :cheers

So I am currently running three dell 2007FP 20.1" 1600x1200 monitors for a total resolution of 4800x1200 and I am loving it! The great thing about these monitors is since they are 4:3 and not 16:10 or 16:9 I do not get any of the blurred or stretched fisheye effect on the side monitors and the picture quality is consistent with all three!

The best part is I found them all for $159 apiece on ebay refurbed! Thats $477 for 4800x1200 on IPS panels shipped....you just cannot beat that deal, but just make sure you get revision A05 if you look into these monitors.

Anyway here are some pics, I am loving eyefinity and can never go back to mono screen gaming!

That is sweet! I have 1680x1050x3 but I like the consistent look yours has across all 3 monitors. Might have to sell my 3 1680x1050 and get a setup like that. Very nice>

Nice setup I88, did you have to do any config tweaks to get Crysis / Crysis Warhead to work with Eyefinity? It just crashes when I try it (probably because of the crazy res: 7680x1600).

Old School surround gaming(3 x4:3) with new school tech,I like it :rockout

P.S. in those pics above it almost looks like 2 widescreen monitors flanking the center (4:3) one :o)

I wonder if this would start a new/old trend of sorts :o)
Are there 20 inch IPS panels with DP inputs by any chance? :D

Crysis is unique in that you need to create a new file in your %ProgramFiles%Electronic ArtsCrytekCrysis directory called system.cfg and in that file place the following text based on what your resolution is

r_Height=1600

r_width=7680
