Well I guess you have to pick and choose then because with the previous drivers even if I unlocked the ATI overdrive it would then cause horrible tearing issues just on desktop normal tasks. If the drivers were developed properly then AUTO should work. Maybe they should update the speeds and when they raise based on the temps but anyway I am not going to do that because last time I even tried to do that again just unlocking overdrive caused issues.

I have to ask, are you using some other type of Overdrive software other then just CCC?

I have heard of others using things like Afterburner and then trying to use Overdrive in CCC and had problems because the two were conflicting each other.

I have this problem as well, no way it's overheating or a fan speed problems. Happens the second I try and load a save game.

What driver are you using? Just seems odd doesn't it...
