I'm glad too!

I connected my 22" monitor last night to test Eyefinity and it works great! The couple of games I threw at it played on full settings flawlessly. Definitely loving this card now!

But, it then indicates it was only running @ PCI-E 1.1 x 1. I should've caught that!


Can't be sure on that ! New Mainboards and HD7970 has a feature to run in PCI-e 1.1 in idle mode to safe power!
So to check if its running correctly you have to run Furmark/MSi Kombuster or that included tool from GPU-Z to see if its running correct.


Btw, not sure if i had this problems... but when i installed my two GPU's i took a look at my mainboard and put them into the "Recommended" Slot for Crossfire.
