Following up, purchased an ACELL from Provantage to replace the Bizlink they are the same units, down to every detail including tags, so don't think they are not the same, they are. My old Bizlink (which Dell has yet to RMA for me on the third request now) worked at 1920x1200, but flickered like made (once every few second), It did work fine at lower resolutions (not that you'd ever want that on a 24inch monitor). The new ACELL adapter does not work at any resolution above 1280x960. Anything above 1280x960 just display nothing.
So where does that leave me? With an ACELL adapter which is crap! and can not even drive my monitor at 1280x1024 no less 1920x1200 (and which I can not RMA) a DELL Bizlink that drives the monitor at 1920x1200, but flickers like mad, and still no way to get a third monitor without laying out another $500 for one with DisplayPort.
Simple put I'm pissed and this whole effort and left me we a very bad taste in my mouth when it comes to ATI and DP oh and about $120 dollars poorer (with nothing to show for it).

Conclusion Dell's Bizlink and ACELL adapters are the same!, getting an adapter that works is hit or miss (mostly miss from my experience)!, and they only way to do DP correctly is to use a DP monitor!

Man, that sucks. I got lucky and my Accell worked fine, whereas my Bizlink was flickering like crazy.

This is some weird Sh*t, for real...
