Hello, im having a touch of a problem with Eyefinity setting up. Here is what i have, 3x 21.5" Acers A221HQV monitors HD Radeon 6950 flashed to a 6970 2 Monitors directly to DVI 1 Monitor going to a APPLE mini dp to dvi adapter (seen on the apple site it said all of the single link adapters were active) So whenever i go to duplicate my third monitor it says I have to disable another monitor to get it to work. I believe I know what the problem is I just wanted to make sure before I went out and bought another adapter it wasn't something I was over looking. Anyways will the apple adapter work with all this or do I have to order a active adapter from newegg? (none of the retailers around me actually have any in store). windows 7 but I ended up solving the problem by going back to the mac store and buying a mini DP to VGA adapter. Edit: now I just have screen tearing on my monitor that is hooked up with the dp to vga cable. |
