Since I've had a few people ask me how I did this I thought I'd put it here for all to read. (It's quite simple actually.)

Here's what you need:

1) Two TH2G units and 6 screens (duh) (all have to run at the same resolution)

2) Windows XP
This is because this relies on "span" mode only found in XP drivers. Span mode fools Windows (and 3D games) into thinking your two "monitors" (each TH2G is seen as only one screen) are really only one larger screen.

3) Nvidia GPU
I tried ATI's "stretch" mode but even on a 4870 it wouldn't work with this high of resolution. (yet I even got it to work on a 6600GT)

4) Both units must be plugged into the same card (thus no SLI - not even a 295) for span mode to work. - Get a powerful card if you plan for any recent games. (but Guild Wars works great on a 260 (first version) or even an 8800GT 512)

5) A stand for 6 screens.
You might be able to buy one but the cost would be outrageous. Instead I simply removed the bezels then screwed the metal shielding behind that on to some 2x4s. It's "temporary" but it works. (I'll try to post some pictures this week.)

Another option would be to attach the screens to the back of a sheet of plexiglass (Something as simple a double sided foam tape would work.) then make a stand for that.

Really that's all there is to it but there are a few things to note:

A) I don't use Matrox's software since PowerDesk keeps trying to mess up span mode. I found GridMove to be a nice workaround.

B) Forget SLI & dual GPU cards (see note 4 above)

Have you tried using Grid Move along with SoftTH to correct the Vertical Bezel Management? I love the setup though.
