While using the Matrox setup wizard I chosse:

Display Setup: TripleHead
[X] Install triple wide-screen modes
[NEXT]
(O) Manually select modes
(O) Wide-screen modes
[1680x1050 per monitor (output refresh rate ;55Hz)]
[NEXT]
[NEXT]

It applies settings ok for:
Installing INF files
Updating graphics hardware settings
Installing additional modes
Installing selected display setup
Saving wizard information

But I get red X's on:
Applying mode

The message beside the red X is: {A Windows error has occurred}

My equipment is:

eVGA x58 w i965
12GB DDR3
(3) eVGA GTX280's in TRI-SLI mode (currently 3840x1024)
nVidia Driver v191.07
Matrox Triple Head2Go Dig Ed.
(3) 24" Widescreen monitors that natively suuport 1920x1200 @ 60MHz
Vista 64 Bit Ultimate SP1 w/All patches

I am using Firmware vxp2k_THDE_v2.3.40.t6.56.exe

Any ideas so that I can get the 5040 x 1050 max resolution?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

[1680x1050 per monitor (output refresh rate ;55Hz)]

Try here to set 1440x900 per monitor under the triple wide modes.

and after reboot you can choose 1680x1050x3@59Hz.

I installed the 195.55 NV-driver and it works (for me)
