4080 x 768. That seems to be about the only res I can get working properly. I just installed a fresh copy of windows 7x64 release candidate (retail). I am using the latest Nvidia drivers (195.62 I think).

I tried all this before a total wipe too.

Got latest firmware, installed various drivers (from 182.50 onward). I have 3 1650x1080 monitors. One is a 120hz 22 Samsung (3dvision), the other two are Acer22bw's (on left and right). I have tried various custom settings, blank cvt, etc. (I'm at work so some terms may be off). I can get desktop proper with the 182.5's but no games work. Anything higher than 768 vertical gives me a shrunk down left hand display (tried replacing monitor already) IF it works at all. Anything smaller doesn't work.

Using the matrox wizard and pd software nets me errors or blank screens upon restart. I called matrox tech support and they said they couldn't do anything (they know it's an issue but don't have a solution yet). Absolutely NO widescreen resolutions work. What the hell could I be doing wrong.

I've given up on getting it to work with newer drivers, so playing on one monitor until Matrox gets their stuff sorted, or until I finally get tired of waiting and sell off the x3 monitors and Matrox box.

Did we ever nail this down to a CPU? Are you using a Core i7?

I have configured many TH2Gs with no issues, but always using a variety of Socket 775 CPUs.

Next time I configure a TH2G I will write down everything I do step by step, just in case.

I guess I ought to give better system specs for you Timmeh (thanks for your help).

AMD Phenom (1st gen) x4 9950 BE
Asus M3N72-D Mb (nvidia 750a sli chipset)
8gigs 1066 ram (can only run at 800 - mb issue)
2xGeforce 275's in SLI

Win7 x64 retail release
Latest firmware/drivers from Matrox
Smattering of nvidia drivers from 182.50 on up before a wipe and now latest nvida.

Is that helpful?
