OK goto MTBS.com they will be able to Help you out over there and you might just find what you are looking for?? Have you tried the 162.50 Drivers with the Reg Tweak?? |

yeah with the old control panel, I have a ddc glasses choice but it has no effect/no 3d mode. To which reg tweak are you referring ?? |

well with the 8000 series Vid cards you had to do a number of things to get it working I think??? Which drivers are you using?? |

NO Help are you kidding?? Not sure why you are NOT wanting to Post there about your Problem as it is too detailed for me to remember and I am NOT even sure it will work for you. I am NOT going to search for the post, to many there?? but it was about getting 3D working on XP and a 8000 series card.. What I do remember it involved bending or removing pins in the Adapter and a few other mods some soldering may have been involved?? The Trick I use is to get Stereo Woring but on a Older 7950 GT Vid Card..you just edit the Registry, and Stereo appears on those Drivers but this technique will NOT work for you: change the Following key in registry: HKey_LOCAL_MachineSoftwarenVidia CorporationGlobalNvCplApiPolicies In the registry I changed only "ContextUIPolicy"=dword:00000001 |

Sorry those posts are Not able to Help you :(.. Have you thought about going with the nVidia 3D Vision?? looks like you wouldnt need much more to upgrade for those to work?? |

I doubt very much it would work, my dlp projector is a benq mp512st, which works with lcd shutter glasses but isn't on nvidia's certified list. That means even if I were to buy 3d vision glasses I couldn't get it to work as I'd still get the 'no 3d display' found from their wizard. Until they go back to how the classic control panel worked and you pick what you have instead of their proven non-working automatic detection, there's no point to replacing tech. I already have that would work be it not for lack of proper software. |
