I have 1 Dell 2007WFP and 2 Dell 2005FPW Screens. I have tested them so that I know that can handle 1680x1050 at 57Hz. I have 2 8800GT cards, but only running one (no SLI yet). Every time that I try to enable 1680x1050x3 the screens go black and say they can't support the res (ask for 1680x1050 at 60Hz.) What am I doing wrong?

Are you using Vista? Officially Vista is not supported in 5040: http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/node/9330 for work arounds (try the BETA even though it is only for 200 series, it has worked on 8000 series)
