Whats the correct method to use to hook up 3 projectors to my amd 6970 or 6870 cards.. One has 6xmini display ports and the other has 2 mini display 1 hdmi and 2xdvi.. Since my current monitors are all display port I never needed to worry about display port adapters but the projectors seem to only have hdmi and VGA inputs so I am assuming I will need 2x display port to hdmi adapters 1 being an active and 1 passive.. And 1 dvi to hdmi adapter if using the amd 6970 or 3 mini display port to hdmi with one being active. Why can't these things be easier.??? I'm also going to try to use 3d the amd hd3d version so will this work with 3 projectors? |

I would use the 2x DVI and one active mini-DP to DVI port adapter then use three DVI-HDMI cables. Noone has gotten HD3D to work with three projectors. You're experimenting in unknown territory. |

With the hd3d do you mean others have tried and failed or just no one has tried? Noone has tried with HD3D. Previously I know last year we failed with the iz3D and DDD drivers. |
