What are your specs?
Maybe a VRAM issue?

Yeah, with just 1 GB of VRAM and such low FPS, my first guess would also be that you're hitting your graphics memory limit. I suggest completely disabling antialiasing. In most games, disabling antialiasing gives me a playable framerate at 6048x1080. But, you may also have to drop the general model, texture, or shader quality to get good performance in some games. Rendering on 3 screens is 3 times harder on your graphics card, after all!

Only when you use cards that have 2 or 3 GB of memory. If you run two 560's (1gb), then you still have only 1gb not 2gb, since both cards need their own memory.

That's my plan, anyway. I've been using 2 Radeon HD 5870s in Crossfire and I'm likewise limited to 1 GB of VRAM. I look forward to upgrading to an HD 7970 or something similar with 3 GB RAM, but I'm still waiting on prices to drop.

Indeed, that goes for either a single or a SLI config. The higher the resolution the more memory you need on your gpu's.
