:shock: Strange indeed. And I don't suppose the button appears when you're using a single-screen resolution. You should definitely contact Matrox about this, I'm sorry I'm not tech-savvy enough to have any other idea. |

Just shootin in the dark here but is the TH2G hooked up by VGA or DVI? How is the unit powered? - I know it's USB but is it in the original port (changing that has caused issues with other devices & their drivers) or a hub or??? |

:( lol great now i have a genuine problem instead of a stupid mishap on my behalf - yup - everything is connected using DVI was there a firmware update along the lines i should do ? thx to all for the replies so far :) |

have you un-installed and re-installed the video card driver and the matrox software? Try that for a start. Then download and flash the latest firmware to your unit, if that doesn't work....just make sure it can safely do a backup first. If nothing else try Matrox, I suppose. |

Firmware update! As soon as Matrox sent me the link, I just applied it and "voila!" - a fresh new and very useful "swap display" functionality :) Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread and helped me out! Seasons greetings to all :) N |
