1280x1024 ... black bars top and bottom to keep the 16:9 aspect ratio ...

3840x1024 ... the game automatically puts black bars on the sides to keep the 16:9 aspect ratio ...

I have sent a request to Racer_S to help us out ... fingers crossed he can find a way to remove the bars as he did with Condemed ..... 8)

The game plays fine maxed out for me in XP ... frame rates look good but it is early days and I haven't played very far into the game ... also as you can see in the screenshots Fraps gets messed up ...

Post subject:  SoftTH TripleWide also crops left and right

I can confirm that in Vista x64 running dx9 version (SoftTH does not support dx10 yet) I get the same results.

There are about 3" of "extra" widescreen on the left and right monitors, so a little larger than a single screen.

My screenshots look similar to Paddy's.

So far you can edit:

C:UsersusernameAppDataRoamingUbisoftAssassin's CreedAssassin.ini
(saved games are here too)

But setting the resolution yields the same results as selecting in game.

Checked the registry, no settings there either:

It would be great if it worked in TH.
