Hi, sorry if this is a double post, I know a lot of topics have been covered in this forum, and I've done a few searches but didn't quite find what I was looking for.
Here's the scenario, I am on windows 7 x64, just loaded it yesterday, and have all drivers (that i know of) up to date.
Using:
Just updated my triplehead2go with most up to date software from Matrox website:
Matrox triplehead2go (firmware 2.3.40) digital with three 24" 1920x1200 monitors.
Matrox PowerDesk - Version 1.06.0026.1022 2.06 GXM/VEOS
Nvidia geforce gtx 295 with driver version 8.17.11.9621 which I believe is the 196.21 release (says 1/11/2010)
Using a core 2 duo e6700 over clocked a bit to 3.1ghz, and 2 gb of ddr2-800 ram.
So, the main game I play is Lord of the rings online (lotro), and when i load the game up and choose dx9 mode, it gives me a plethora of options for resolutions, including 5040x1050 and 4320x900. If I then select dx10 mode and restart the game to make the settings take, the resolution is capped at 3840x1024.
Is this a common thing? Is it because of the graphics driver? Or do I need to pursue this through in-game support as its probably a game software thing?
Sorry again if this has been covered in another topic, I just didn't seem to find this situation elsewhere.
Thanks in advance
