hi,
sorry for my english.......
you can set modern warfare 1.1.195 to play in using TripleHead
change to iw4mp.exe 1.0.184 (1.1.195 backup of course)
parties are sometimes long to find, but if more people used this fix no problem, waiting for the fix .... dopefish 1.1.195 widescreenfixer

dont forget to save iw4mp.exe (1.1.195)

map pack is not in use inside.
