Triple Monitor Stand 100-D16-B03
or
XFX Triple Monitor stand

which is in your opinion the better stand for 3x 24 inch

price isn't really the issue here. I want the better product!

so my question

1. which of these stands is the better one (more stable etc)
2. will i be able to achieve to get all three monitors on the same hight? so not that one is a bit higher then the other one?

please give me some info on these products and which would be the better product.

Price isn't the problem!

hi there,

i have the same decision to make,
as far as i understood the xfx is actually a slightly modded ergotech,
so it already has those extra wing to fit up to 24 inch monitors.
to your questions,
1. both are said to be really sturdy, so that should be no issue.
2. both have height adjustable pivots on the outer monitors.

so which one you take is up to if you either want to support up to 26 inch monitors on the ergotech,
or the little fancier looking xfx with usb hub and audio.

but actually there might be a third option, a modded ergotech

if you make your decision before i do please reply how you like it =)

Must say that i really like the cable management on the XFX, however i'm afraid that the stand will take up to much space. If i made my descision i will let you know, aswell my thoughts about it.

this is something i'm not pretty sure about ViciousXUSMC, however i do like this stand alot mainly because of the option that you can mount a 4th monitor at the top of the center monitor which is just totally awesome!

however my concerns:

1. when will this monitor stand be available for sale,
2. at what price will it be available
3. what exactly will we get out of the box (what parts etc)
4. How much will it cost to be shipped to the Netherlands and even more importend, what will the import cost be
5. are they already sure about what foot the stand will have? the default one or the other one showen at the end of the video.

i'm really afraid that the price of importing the product will be insane

Thanks in advance SantaCruz

well i havent bought it because it is not available right now at the shop i want to buy, but im gonna go with the xfx,
here are my reasons, the ergotech is pretty much the same price, except i need to buy it from the UK which makes it even pricier for me in germany.

the wgs edition is not yet available, but here are some facts,
It will be $399 without the ICE Cube. This is a $125 premium over the price of the standard triple HD stand. For that you get:
- The five segment bar
- Two extra pivots
- Tall pole
- Mini bar

The ICE Cube should be a $50 option. Shipping in the US will be a flat $25, and Canada a flat $50.
----------------------------
that alone is about 300 euro, without shipping, without customs and taxes...
and yeah its not available at the store i buy everything...
since it is the same basics as the ergotech (i dont have any proof but i read that a lot) it should be the same as he did

he just added some ergotron stand.

.....................................................
ErgoTRON single monitor mount slip-fit in to the top of the ErgoTECH monitor tube. Just remove the Ergotech top-tube-cap, be careful not to damage it as it is semi-brittle black plastic.
To secure this mount I pushed the silver tube in about 2 inches and then drilled a hole through both tubes and secured with a sheet metal screw.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

i will report when i get it =)
