I'm on a budget to replace my stands on my ASUS VW266H. They're completely worthless. They sit entirely too low on my desk and it's leading to really bad ergonomics. I've also lost a good bit of desk space (albeit my desk is pretty big) but I'd like to get that back, as well as raise them. Don't want to mount to a wall, and every 3 stand setup I see is kinda iffy, expensive, and look like they would take up a large footprint.


In any case, I'm looking at the desk clamp, flex arm style mounts. Does anyone have any experience with these and multi display setups? Someone I mentioned the idea to said the he felt that the weight of the monitors (17lbs?) would cause the desk to lean/lift, which I don't agree with. I also think that I could use one clamp on each side and one on the back to give me a 3 monitor display.
