Can anyone confirm whether a 5x1 portrait surround setup can run off one nvidia card e.g. from either a single 5 port 970, 980 or 980ti?

I currently run a 5x1 portrait setup on AMD and would be tempted to run it off a single 980ti if possible.

If anyone can confirm that would be appreciated.

No you cant, nVidia only allows you to run 4 monitors off one card. Even if it has 5 ports (like many do).

No, you can only use 4 monitors off one 980ti, you will need 2 to run more.
