Just got my TH2GDE with my existing E228WFP and new E2209W and SP2208WFP. Using a 8800GTS and Vista Home.

Installed the new firmware and downloaded the new PDSE.
But I am not able to run 3x1650x1050@57 without of my monitors getting out of sync. I can see and choose the resolution but cannot get it to work.
Have tried doing the deleting custom resolutions and creating my own resolutions using the CVT reduced blank and manual settings but to no avail.

The thing is when I enable the 5040x1050@57Hz, my only monitor working, the SP2208WFP shows that it is runinng at a refresh rate of 48Hz.
Anyone encountered this before?

I can run up to 3x1440x900@60Hz, which I checked is actually running at 65Hz.
Is my TH2G busted?
Have emailed Matrox but so far no solution.

Also when using PDSE, Edit mode list I cannot see the 1650x1050@57Hz when choosing 3 monitors and wide aspect ratio.

Have played a couple of games with 3x1440, like battlestation:midway and witcher. But Left4dead refused to work.

What video card are you using, and what driver version?

This is a very common issue these days, unfortunately, but given some time, you should be able to get it to work... :)

I am using an nvidia 8800gts and was using 181.20 driver.
Got a reply from Matrox asking me to use the 175.19 drivers.
Have done that and was able to get the 5040x1050@57Hz.

It was working for a while. Even managed to play a full game of Battlestation:midway at that resolution.
However after I dropped back to the desktop, the display got garbled after a few minutes. Now I am not able to set it back to that resolution even after reboot. Have tried to create a custom resolution with the cvt reduce blank settings but still no go. What is the correct pixel clock I should be using? Do not seem to be able to get 200.

At least there is progress. :)
The first time I saw the battleship Yamato on 3 screens my jaw dropped.

On another note.
I can confirm that my 3 monitors can run in 5040x1050@57Hz.

Yahoo. Got things to work.
Just changed the USB port I used to one directly on the motherboard and all is well. It seemed that the USB connection from my HUB was not stable. Could hear the sound of devices connecting and disconnecting when my display was getting garbled. So just changed the connection and everything worked.
Just ran X2 and left4dead, all working nicely.

Thanks for the troubleshooting. Just set mine up with some Samsung 2433BWs and had the exact same issue. Downgraded to the 175.19 drivers and uninstalled/reinstalled PowerDesk SE and I'm running in 5040x1050 just fine now.

Sweet!

Thanks for going through the trouble for me. ; )
